All Things Gravel Exhibitors –
We are looking forward to spending a few days in Emporia together this September! In the meantime, we have realized that many of our partners are still interested in interacting with our athletes right now. As such, we invite you to join us in a virtual expo experience throughout our originally scheduled race weekend (May 28-31).
Our All Things Gravel *Ad Astra* Expo will be free and accessible to the public. We will utilize an online platform to highlight your brand and any virtual activation component you’d like to submit. Activation content will live within the designated All Things Gravel Expo virtual platform. The expo is non-exclusive and all exhibitors will be included.
Interested in having more than just your brand name and website link listed? We are excited to offer you the opportunity to submit content of your choice. Content does not need to be overly complicated or newly generated. Some suggestions include any of the following:
-product launch (new product within the last 12 months)
-expo booth pitch
-message from CEO about company background/product offerings
-personal DK anecdote/experience
-words of encouragement
-giveaway (including the raffle of DK entries)
All content must be submitted by Wednesday, May 20, 2020.
Brands will be grouped by category, and each brand will have a designated page within the virtual expo.
Each exhibitor’s page will include the brand name, website link, and any additional content you care to submit. If you are interested in submitting a video, we find that partner video content between 3-25 minutes receives the most engagement. Please find optimal video specifications here. Note that videos cannot exceed 1 hour in length. It is possible to link out to a separate webpage, as well as attach files, or additional resources, to an exhibitor’s page.
