We just wrapped up the 2nd annual Dirty Kanza Women’s Camp, and woman-o-woman, it was not only informational, but also a whole lotta fun. This camp is designed to be educational, with plenty of opportunities to put that learning into real ride practice. FTP tests, workshops on nutrition, training, tire pressure, self-care, bike setup, and bike repairs paired with great meals and camaraderie insured camp athletes received what they needed. Saturday,, all athletes and camp staff, headed up to the Bleeding Kansas event to race together and support each other.
Big thanks to LOOK cycles, Shimano, Chamois Butt’r & GU Energy for all the extra love for these women this past weekend – camp athletes enjoyed some great products that will surely improve their rides.
If you are interested in our Spring Camps, don’t wait. Space is limited and in addition to lots of learning and riding, your entry into the 2020 Dirty Kanza is included – sign up here!
